Heard of BEAUTIFUL HORIZON ?  It's the newest direct selling company in town and originated from the Queen City of the South - Cebu.  Launched on October 19, 2013, this direct selling company has catered the intelligent buyers of beauty products from color cosmetics, personal care, skin care and facial care.   Beautiful Horizon also offers food supplements, laundry and toilet products.  This DS company also provides new products to the baby and kids market! I organized a photo shoot for Beautiful Horizon , primarily for the Skin Whitening line. The shoot was scheduled on October 15, 2013.   Remember this day? This was one of the days that all Visayans dreaded.  The 7.2 magnitude earthquake hit Bohol and affected the neighboring islands, and Cebu was not an exemption.  Our call time was 7:30 a.m., of course, I was the most punctual since I was the organizer.  And everyone else was late because of the earthquake.  Thank God no o...

I was tasked again by SunStar to do another photo shoot, this time on different hair braid styles .  And definitely I said YES. I had no problem as to who will be my muse as I already had prior talks with one of the daughter's of my mom's friend.  Her name is MARY GRACE and she's really prepared for modeling, with that ideal statuesque, with long sleek hair, pristine white skin, lean yet chic figure and that pretty face. And she's another add-on to Sigh Style's list of break-out talents. I prepared 8 hair braid styles and 3 hair stylists for this shoot. I love giving gifts in the form of sharing my skills and the craft that I am trying my best to master.  One simplest yet coming-from-the-heart present is to give a pre-birthday photo shoot.  Last April, if you can remember HERE , I gave my friend a fashion make-over and with a conceptual photo shoot, only for her.   This time, it's for the birthday of my loveliest niece.  She had turned five last August 3.  Her name is Mariah Arabella and she has graced this blog sometime last February, as seen HERE .  She's so fun to shoot as she modeled like a pro.  She followed the poses that I taught her and she even has her own interpretation which tripled the fun. The is the first photo shoot after Sigh Styles turned 1. A drama princess in-the-making. She's bubbly and irresistible.  She oozes with charm, and not to mention her wits! That innocent look. Part of my plan in building up my portfolio as a Fashion Stylist is to be able to have my works be printed or seen in any publications, initially, by a local publishing house. With my efforts to have this plan - slash - dream to come into realization, I contacted someone from SunStar, with no single chance yet of getting a Yes.  I guess, the nod is not luck; but this is what I get from crossing boundaries and being intrepid in all circumstances I allow myself to be involved.  I was then assigned with the topic on EMERALD, as it is the color of the year, way back February.  But it was only on April that the shoot was done.  And weeks later, the paper was out with the fruits of our labor on it.
